The Class starts with a slow warm-up at the Barre leading to more complex combinations in the Center. Focusing on correct postures and musicality throughout the entire class, the movements offer a stress-free performance by following the musical phrases and the rhythm.

Ballet Class for Beginners
every Tuesday at 17:00-18:30
This class is suitable for people who are new to or have little experience in ballet.
The elementary positions of classical ballet with proper postures and alignments are taught in this class. The exercises are kept simple and slow and taught mainly at the barre to build the strength and confidence in basic technique.
This class is also useful to those returning to ballet after many years of break.
